Position: Sales / Service Manager

Location: Hope, AR

Hours: M-F 7:30a - 5p, one Saturday a month 8a-12p

Pay: $20/hour, doe with room for growth 

 

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, support sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in tire sales, automotive or commercial tire services, service writing, and team leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while maintaining efficient shop operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service department operations and workflow.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate sales opportunities through customer consultations and service recommendations.
• Prepare estimates, service tickets, and invoices accurately.
• Process customer payments and handle necessary paperwork upon service completion. 
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate repair timelines with customers and technicians.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of tires and related products.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Support company goals related to sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or service management required.
• Service writing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive and/or commercial tire services required.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, data entry, and business software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
