We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & AI Media Specialist to join our team. This role focuses heavily on video editing, AI-generated media creation, and post-production work for safety training videos, marketing campaigns, and online learning platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and enjoys blending traditional video editing with modern AI-powered creative workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit professional-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Produce engaging:
  • Safety training videos
  • Promotional content
  • Social media clips
  • YouTube videos
• Utilize AI image and video generation tools to create visual assets and content
• Organize and manage video projects, including footage, graphics, and audio files
• Enhance videos with:
  • Transitions
  • Sound effects
  • Music
  • Subtitles
  • Graphics and visual effects
• Assist with video shoots, equipment setup, and production support as needed
• Collaborate with marketing and media teams to develop creative campaigns
• Design thumbnails, graphics, and branding materials using Canva
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and organize databases
• Manage workflow and project tracking using Trello boards
• Write scripts for safety training videos
• Publish content across social media platforms
• Ensure consistent branding and visual quality across all media
• Help improve editing workflows and AI-assisted production processes

Qualifications

• Required: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Preferred: Experience with AI video and image generation tools
• Familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of:
  • Video pacing and storytelling
  • Transitions and editing techniques
  • Audio editing
• Knowledge of YouTube and social media trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Open to feedback and able to apply constructive criticism professionally
• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio is a plus
