Industrial Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Equipment & Facilities

Local Warehouse is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a dietary supplement production environment.

This role supports continuous production operations by maintaining tablet presses, capsule filling machines, V-blenders, blister packaging equipment, conveyors, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, dust collection systems, scales, and general facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Maintain HVAC, compressed air, dust collection, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Support equipment installations, calibrations, and facility upkeep
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure cGMP and safety compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment and facility systems
• Knowledge of motors, conveyors, pneumatics, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing, packaging, or similar production environments preferred
• PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, HVAC, or cGMP experience is a strong plus

Ideal Backgrounds

Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging equipment, food processing plants, automated production lines, or electromechanical maintenance are encouraged to apply.
