· Receive and process emergency orders after they have been picked by warehouse staff· Accurately box items to ensure safe and secure shipment· Print and apply the correct shipping labels based on carrier and service level requirements· Update order status in the system to confirm completion and shipment readiness· Coordinate with multiple carriers for scheduled and on-demand emergency pickups· Learn and follow processes for various shipping lines and carrier systems· Verify order contents, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment· Flag and communicate discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately· Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient packing and shipping area
