Express Employment Professionals seek an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator / Order Puller who enjoys being organized and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly and play a key role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency.

Compensation: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Position Type: Full-Time

Core Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments
• Pull inventory and fulfill customer orders accurately
• Transport products throughout the warehouse using forklifts and material handling equipment
• Stack, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Package, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1+ years of previous forklift operating experience required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Pass background and drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience pulling orders and working from inventory racks
• Basic computer or tablet skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and operational procedures
