We are seeking a highly organized Bilingual (English / Spanish) and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our wonderful client in Holly Springs. Duties
- Assist with human capital management activities, including onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing employee engagement initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruiting processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or Taleo.
- Manage employee records accurately within HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; ensure data collection and entry are precise and confidential.
- Facilitate benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers’ compensation claims.
- Coordinate training and development programs; assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Support compliance with employment & labor law requirements by maintaining documentation related to OSHA standards, FMLA leave policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as data entry, contract management, social media management for employer branding, and general office support.
- Collaborate with HR teams on project management initiatives including organization design, succession planning, and change management strategies.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing timely support and fostering positive communication.
- Prepare reports on workforce management metrics; utilize tools like Paychex or Kronos for timekeeping and payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with human resources management systems (HRIS), ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS), payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex), and workforce management tools such as Kronos or Dayforce.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards and workers’ compensation procedures.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding; experience with social media management for recruiting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities; ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting using platforms like Salesforce or Oracle HCM.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
