Painter / Power Washing Technician

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00/hr

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Painter / Power Washing Technician to join a growing team specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. This position involves a variety of interior and exterior painting duties, power washing services, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior painting or power washing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Summary

• Perform high-end interior painting projects
• Complete exterior painting and finishing work
• Operate power washing equipment for residential and commercial properties
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and masking
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and other painting tools
• Load, transport, and handle painting supplies and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and elevated surfaces
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience

• Previous painting and/or power washing experience required
• 3+ years of professional painting experience preferred
• Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques
• Experience using brushes, rollers, and power washing equipment
• Familiarity with handling paint supplies, including 5-gallon paint containers

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at various heights
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and remain on your feet throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Knowledge of proper painting preparation and finishing techniques
• Ability to safely operate power washers and related equipment

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
