What You Get to Do! 
The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving the organization’s global learning and development ecosystem.  This role serves as the central coordinator between Innovation, Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Quality, Human Resources, Product Management, and external partners to ensure that employees, distributors, customers, and service providers receive effective, scalable, and measurable training.

The Training Manager will own the company's Learning Management System (Cypher Matrix LMS), establish global training governance, identify competency gaps, manage content development initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.  This position combines instructional design, project management, stakeholder engagement, content production oversight, and learning technology administration.
Lead Global Training Strategy
•    Develop and execute a company-wide learning strategy aligned to business goals.
•    Define training standards, competency frameworks, and certification programs.
•    Build roadmaps and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact.
Own the Learning Experience
•    Manage and optimize the Cypher Learning Management System (LMS).
•    Create engaging learning paths, certifications, and reporting dashboards.
•    Drive adoption and continuously improve the learner experience.
Design & Deliver Training Programs
•    Identify skill gaps and translate business needs into effective training solutions.
•    Support onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and compliance programs.
•    Develop role-based training frameworks across departments.
Drive Content & Knowledge Management
•    Oversee development of high-quality training content (e-learning, video, webinars, instructor-led).
•    Partner with subject matter experts to scale knowledge across the organization.
•    Maintain a centralized, accessible learning library.
Enable Technical & Partner Training
•    Deliver product, service, and certification training programs.
•    Build scalable onboarding and certification programs for distributors and partners.
•    Support global customer education initiatives.
Ensure Compliance & Excellence
•    Maintain training records and support audit readiness.
•    Partner with Quality to ensure regulatory compliance.
•    Measure and continuously improve training outcomes.
Manage Projects & Stakeholders
•    Lead multiple training initiatives from concept to delivery.
•    Collaborate across departments and manage external vendors.
•    Communicate progress and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Bring…
•    5+ years managing training or learning & development programs
•    Experience with enterprise LMS platforms and digital learning tools
•    Strong background in instructional design, needs analysis, and program delivery
•    Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
•    Experience in manufacturing, technical products, or global organizations preferred 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, related software and computers.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments.
•    Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
•    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•    Learning technologies (LMS, SCORM/xAPI, analytics) 
•    Content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) 
•    Project management and stakeholder coordination 
•    Data analysis and performance reporting
•    Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally
