Salary: $21 - $35+/hr

$21-$35+/HR Depending on Experience

We're hiring concrete professionals ranging from experienced laborers to skilled finishers and equipment operators. If you've worked residential concrete and know what it takes to pour, form, finish, and work through tough conditions, we want to hear from you.

Pay is based on experience and skill level. Candidates with concrete finishing, heavy equipment, or CDL experience can earn at the top end of the range.

What You'll Do:
Form, pour, and finish residential concrete projects
Set forms, grade sites, and prepare foundations
Operate power trowels and finishing equipment
Assist with sidewalks, driveways, patios, and flatwork
Load, unload, and move materials around job sites
Operate construction equipment as needed

What We're Looking For:
1+ years of concrete experience preferred
Experience with residential flatwork highly desired
Concrete finishing experience strongly preferred
Power trowel experience is a major plus
Heavy equipment experience is highly valued
Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License required

Must be dependable and ready to work in heat, cold, mud, and changing weather conditions
