Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Part-Time Property Manager to support daily operations for a residential property in Jackson, CA. This role focuses on resident communication, administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Resident Support — Assist residents with questions, concerns, and general communication
Administrative Tasks — Handle paperwork, notices, scheduling, and documentation
Property Oversight — Conduct walk-throughs and identify maintenance needs
Vendor Coordination — Communicate with vendors or contractors as needed
Reporting — Provide updates on property status and activity
Experience in property management, administration, or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Comfortable interacting with residents and vendors
