Location: Stockton, CA

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Pay: $20–$23/hr (depending on experience)

Start: ASAP

Tools: Preferred but not required

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technicians to support daily maintenance operations for a large property. These roles involve general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The floater position will support multiple areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• General Repairs — Perform routine maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility repairs

• Preventative Maintenance — Conduct inspections and complete scheduled upkeep to prevent equipment issues

• Work Orders — Complete maintenance tickets accurately and in a timely manner

• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area

• Property Upkeep — Assist with groundskeeping, cleaning, and general facility support

• Team Collaboration — Work with supervisors and other technicians to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, or general repair work

• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

• Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed

• Personal tools are a plus, but not required
