Pay Rate: $17.00 

About the Role:

We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members to support event deliveries, setup, and breakdown for weddings, corporate functions, private events, and large gatherings throughout the region. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail matter.

Delivery Crew Members are responsible for loading trucks, transporting event equipment, setting up event spaces, and helping ensure every job is completed safely and professionally. At the end of the day, you can look at what your crew built and know you helped create an important experience for someone else.

No prior event industry experience is required. We are looking for people who show up ready to work, take direction well, and contribute positively to the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload event rental equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport equipment to and from event locations
• Assist with setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, tents, staging, flooring, dance floors, and specialty event equipment
• Follow directions from team leads and supervisors on job sites
• Maintain organization and care of inventory during transport and setup
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete jobs on schedule
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while interacting with clients and venues
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help where needed
• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in fast-paced environments
• Positive attitude and professionalism on job sites
• Previous experience in delivery, moving, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or event setup is helpful but not required

Position Details:

Pay: $17.00
Advancement opportunities available based on performance and experience

Schedule:
Flexible scheduling based on event demand. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak periods are common.

Employment Type:
Full-time opportunities available with consistent year-round work and increased seasonal hours during peak event months.
