Assembly/Production Technician

Located in Longmont, CO

Production Technician 

Seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician with strong electro-mechanical assembly skills to support the manufacturing and testing of advanced sensor systems in a low-volume, high-mix environment. Responsibilities include assembling small mechanical and electronic components, soldering printed circuit boards, building cable assemblies, conducting acceptance testing, documenting results, and supporting prototype development projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong electro-mechanical assembly and hand soldering experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documentation
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and documenting results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SolidWorks, Linux, or Python
• Familiarity with laboratory environments and safe material handling practices
