Aluminum Production Associate – Night Shift

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Aluminum Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time night shift opportunity with a three-day weekend every week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery used to process and fabricate aluminum products
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications
• Measure materials and finished products using tape measures and other precision tools
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Label, package, and prepare completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
