Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable Skidder Operator to support operations in a manufacturing environment located in Sparta, TN. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow by safely transporting large marine tanks and materials throughout the facility and yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a skidder or similar heavy equipment to move marine tanks and materials
• Transport tanks between production, staging, and shipping areas
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a skidder or heavy equipment is required
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is required
• Ability to safely handle large, heavy materials
• Strong attention to safety, reliability, and detail
