NOW HIRING – AP/AR OFFICE MANAGER
$60,000–$65,000 per year | Monday–Friday
Occasional weekend availability required

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an experienced AP/AR Office Manager to oversee multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Payroll processing
• Expense account management
• Record keeping and reporting
• Administrative support
• Customer service and client communication
• Coordinating and supporting multiple departments
• Maintaining organized and accurate office records

What We're Looking For:

• Strong AP/AR and payroll experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Thick-skinned, solution-oriented, and able to handle challenging situations professionally
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Proficient with office software and record management

Compensation:

• $60,000–$65,000 annually
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend work as needed
