Position Title: Production Worker

Job Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for performing assembly or refurbishment tasks on electronic products within a production line environment. This role ensures productivity targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly or refurbishment of electronic products
• Follow standardized production procedures
• Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals
• Inspect products during production for defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
• Follow safety and operational guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Basic attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mandarin/English bilingual preferred
