Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech (18.00 - 21.00/hr)

Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician for temp to hire position.

Positions will have the following job duties: appliance troubleshooting and repair, installation and replacement of light fixtures, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, mini blinds, caulking, drywall repair, furniture moving, and other duties as assigned by management. 

Candidate should have 2 years experience working in an apartment maintenance position. Candidates with their EPA license are preferred. Drug Free workplace. 

Position works 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday.
