Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production & Driver Associate to support both manufacturing operations and delivery functions for our door company. This role combines hands-on production work with driving responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and job sites. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in both warehouse and driving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Production Duties

Assist in the assembly, preparation, and finishing of materials
Measure, cut, sand, and assemble materials according to specifications
Operate basic tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support inventory handling, including loading/unloading materials and stocking

Driving Duties

Safely operate company vehicles (vans, pickups, or non-CDL box trucks) to deliver materials
Load and secure products properly to prevent damage during transport
Deliver products to customers, construction sites, or warehouses on schedule
Review delivery orders for accuracy and obtain necessary signatures
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
Plan routes for timely and efficient deliveries

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
Previous experience in production, warehouse, or delivery roles preferred
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and reliability

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, and move 50–100 lbs (doors and materials)
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and outdoors

Pay $18 - 20/hr

Hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
