Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Business Development Appointment Setter. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and representing a trusted local business in the community.

In this role, you will reach out to local businesses, introduce our staffing services, and schedule appointments for the Franchise Owner to meet with prospective clients. No prior sales experience is required—we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates professionalism, excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local businesses and decision-makers.
• Introduce Express Employment Professionals and our workforce solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the Franchise Owner with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments.
• Follow up with prospective clients as needed.
• Assist with business development and community outreach initiatives.
• Represent Express Employment Professionals in a professional and positive manner.
• Meet activity and appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

• Professional and positive attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus but not required.
