Salary: $19-$23 DOE
DAILY DUTIES: Point contact for technical assistance Maintain company equipment Create and loading software packages needed for day to day operations Assist field personal as needed Digitize store maps (Visio) Assist in daily taxi service pickups / drop-offs Assist in employee technical training Perform periodic backups of critical systems Occasional field work as backup for inventory staff Work on various GUI/CLI programs written in PHP / .NET C# / Python
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in computer related field, certificate from technical school or equivalent experience required. Experience in a technical support role. Some familiarity or experience with networking and databases. Ability to thrive in a high stress environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey highly technical concepts to non-technical personnel. Laravel/Livewire/TailwindCss a plus.
