Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of a busy thrift store. This position is responsible for receiving, sorting, processing, and organizing donated merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

    Receive and unload donations from customers and delivery vehicles
    Sort, inspect, and organize donated items
    Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by tagging, pricing, and staging items
    Move inventory throughout the warehouse and sales floor as needed
    Load and unload furniture and large items safely
    Maintain accurate inventory and storage areas
    Keep warehouse and donation areas clean and organized
    Follow all safety procedures and company policies
    Assist customers and donors as needed
    Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

    Previous warehouse, retail, production, or thrift store experience preferred but not required
    Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Dependable attendance and positive attitude
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
