<h3>Job Summary</h3>
<p>
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support the daily
operations of a busy thrift store. This position is responsible for receiving, sorting,
processing, and organizing donated merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and
efficient warehouse environment.
</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Receive and unload donations from customers and delivery vehicles</li>
<li>Sort, inspect, and organize donated items, including clothing, furniture, household goods, and miscellaneous merchandise</li>
<li>Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by tagging, pricing, and staging items</li>
<li>Move inventory throughout the warehouse and sales floor as needed</li>
<li>Load and unload furniture and large items safely</li>
<li>Maintain organized inventory, donation, and storage areas</li>
<li>Keep warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized</li>
<li>Follow company safety procedures and policies</li>
<li>Assist customers and donors with loading and unloading items as needed</li>
<li>Work with team members to meet daily production goals</li>
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous warehouse, retail, thrift store, or production experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Dependable attendance and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team</li>
<li>Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus but not required</li>
