Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month contract position starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $26.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Training will be on-site; once training is completed, it will be a remote position.

Job Duties:

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.
• Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent.

Requirements:

• Experience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
