Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Installation Foreman with 10+ years of experience in the landscape industry. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both commercial and residential landscape construction and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to manage projects and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish.

• Interpret and implement blueprints and landscape designs accurately.

• Identify and install various plant species, including pruning and maintenance.

• Perform grading, drainage solutions, irrigation system installation, and troubleshooting.

• Install hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, water features, and lighting systems.

• Operate heavy machinery, trailers, and large trucks safely and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and onsite personnel.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the landscape industry.

• Proficiency in landscape construction, plant identification, and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and landscape designs.

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and grading techniques.

• Experience operating heavy equipment, trailers, and large trucks.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
