Express Employment Professionals is hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerks in the Maryland Heights and North County area. What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving inbound shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspecting incoming materials for damage and flagging discrepancies
• Processing outbound shipments including labeling, packaging, and coordinating carrier pickups
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or manual logs
• Organizing and staging materials in designated storage areas
• Communicating with carriers, vendors, and internal departments on shipment status
• Operating forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable with basic computer programs and data entry for logging shipments
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in documentation is critical in this role
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Background check and drug screen may be required depending on client
