📅 Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
🚫 NO WEEKENDS!

🔨 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Apartment repairs & maintenance
• Painting & drywall touch-ups
• Minor plumbing & electrical
• Appliance assistance
• Work orders & unit turns
• General handyman tasks

✅ YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Maintenance, construction, handyman, or apartment experience
• Basic tool & repair knowledge
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
