Company Information: A manufacturing facility in Indianapolis is hiring a 3rd Shift

Industrial Maintenance Senior Technician to their team!

 

Join a growing manufacturing facility where innovation and teamwork are key. Support plant operations through equipment repair, maintenance, and project execution. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability while maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards.

 

Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $40/hour
• Paid holidays (facility operates 24/7/365; double pay)
• Benefits provided!

 

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 7:00pm-7:00am

 

Requirements:

• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment
• Execute routine maintenance during scheduled downtime
• Maintain accurate records in the maintenance system (CMMS)
• take ownership of diagnosing and repairing down equipment
• Work independently, or in a team setting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Forklift or lift equipment experience preferred
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Industrial environment with noise and non-climate-controlled conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and climb ladders, bend twist, stoop etc.
