CAD/CAM Operator

Located in Mooresville, NC

Salary: $18.00-$25.00

someone who is familiar with CAD/CAM who has knowledge of the following... They must have the drive to learn and a get-it-done attitude...     **Must be computer savvy if they do not have the experience** 

5.1    Check all paperwork and files are correct and in order with Job tracking system.
5.2    Check all required files are available to program and correct.
5.3    Verify all countertops fit on slabs, sinks fit in cabinets, and seams are in correct location.
5.4    Develop and verify sink cutout files as needed.
5.5    Must work closely with Customer Service Department to get missing information or information verification.
5.6    Make needed adjustments to the job on the fly as needed or manually adjust when changes are made.
5.7    Go over complete jobs to verify it is 100% ready for shop and any missing  controls or inaccuracy in controls.
5.8    Ensure all jobs are loaded onto drive for access to operator.
5.9    Able to troubleshoot when problems occur on machines.
5.10    Maintain an accurate library of the sink files.
5.11    Maintain good tool usage through tool adjustment, tool dressing, and/or tool speed.
5.12    Setup all tooling with mininal damage and time.
5.13    Maintain accecptable tool levels so no delay in production.
5.14    Maintain contact with CNC operator as needed when problems occur.
5.15    Ensure tools are dressed properly and as scheduled.  Ensure tools are zares to ensure best finish results. 
5.16    
5.17    Communicate square footage done per shift to Digital Foreman.
5.18    Make sure file converts correctly (DXF>DWG>DXF).
5.19    Ensure all path lines start and end outside countertop.
5.20    Double check shop sheets information matches what is on every load.
5.21    Ensure sequences are in correct order.
5.22    Ensure all work area is left in immaculate condition every day.
5.23    Provide the Digital Foreman with immediate notification of any problems that would prevent the normal completion of duties (problems with material, programming, etc.).
5.24    Ensure daily SQFT is recorded correctly.
5.25    Ensure CNC Operator and Digital Foreman is updated daily.
