• Oversee the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by logging daily material movements, scanning inventory, and performing cycle counts to ensure proper stock levels.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and resolved discrepancies with inventory and shipping documentation.
• Organize and staged materials for production and customer orders while maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory and process transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and shipments.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely using appropriate warehouse equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintained compliance with inventory control and shipping standards.
