A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, sales, or support (if required)
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in systems
  • Provide product or service information to customers
  • Handle billing questions, orders, or account updates
  • Meet performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
