Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept outdoor and property areas.

Pay: $11.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible shifts within schedule as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and outdoor common areas
• Perform general cleanup, trash removal, and upkeep of property
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure walkways, entryways, and outdoor spaces are safe and presentable
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues or hazards

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible 7-day schedule (Monday–Sunday)
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
