Job Overview

• Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.90/hour
• Location: South Austin, TX

What You’ll Do

• Build and test products in a highly technical, computer-based environment
• Follow production schedules and report any issues impacting quality or output
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems, recommending solutions
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace in accordance with company policies
• Use the PLEX ERP system to track inventory and production activity

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable following on-screen instructions and entering data accurately
• Basic computer and Excel skills required
• Ability to lift and move product boxes as needed
• Able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
