Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Pick & Pack Associates to support material handling and inventory operations within a manufacturing warehouse environment. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity, meaning strong performance and reliable attendance can lead to permanent employment with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pick and pack duties with a strong focus on accuracy
• Select, pack, and stage materials for production and shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and data entry
• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, including reallocations
• Organize materials and storage areas to maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• Kit and stage materials required for manufacturing builds
• Track inbound materials from vendors and support QA inspection processes
• Assist with inventory tracking and shipping reports as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Pick & Pack and warehouse experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Prior manufacturing or production-support warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
