Open Position – Temporary Assembler (3–5 Day Project)

Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing firm dedicated to helping local businesses find local talent. One of our outstanding clients in Nampa is seeking a Temporary Assembler to join their team for a short-term project!

 

Length: 3–5 days
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Day shift starting at 7:00 AM (start time may vary depending on weather)

 

Project Overview:

This is a hands-on assembly project involving the setup of portable storage containers. Responsibilities include:

·         Installing wheels on containers

·         Assisting with pulling containers from storage racks (with team support)

·         Assembling container walls (sides and ends)

·         Securing components using hardware and corner pieces

·         Assisting with final positioning and overall setup

 

Additional Information:

·         Forklift experience is not required (all forklift operations are handled by full-time staff), but it is a plus

·         Work is performed at ground level or using small step ladders only

·         A project manager and territory manager will be on-site to provide direction and support

·         Tools and equipment are provided; however, bringing an impact driver/drill with various socket sizes is a plus

 

Successful candidates will be:

·         Reliable and able to arrive on time as scheduled

·         Communicative if any issues arise (delays, scheduling conflicts, etc.)

·         Team-oriented and comfortable taking direction in a collaborative environment
