Express Employment is seeking a Meat Processing candidate.

Location: Ontario, OR
Pay: $16/hour
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

• Running barrels
• Bulking ground beef
• Trimming
• Partial clean-up
• Weighing/ washing beef
• Sheep carcasses and moving to cooler
• Tagging and weighing cured meats
• Light trimming, bagging hams for smokehouse
• Full clean-up of cutting room, barrels

Attention to detail
Be able to work independently

Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Light meat cutting
