What You'll Do
• Lead event operations at an assigned primary venue
• Supervise frontline staff and Senior Team Members during events
• Direct workflow and make real-time operational decisions during live events
• Monitor operations, solve problems quickly, and maintain performance standards
• Assist hands-on when staffing is short or operational demands increase
• Build schedules and help ensure proper staffing coverage
• Address attendance issues, call-outs, and last-minute staffing needs
• Partner with leadership and HR on employee performance, coaching, and workplace issues
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional work environments
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, documentation, and operational reporting

What We're Looking For
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced operations, events, warehouse, facilities, janitorial, or similar environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold standards professionally and respectfully
• Calm decision-maker who performs well under pressure
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working on-site during active event operations for extended shifts
• Strong communication skills with employees, leadership, and client contacts
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish
• Comfortable using Excel, email, scheduling systems, and mobile technology
• Stadium, venue, waste diversion, or large-event experience is a plus

Schedule & Flexibility
This role is tied to the event calendar and requires flexibility.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Weekly hours may vary based on event schedules
• Occasional travel to support other company locations or major events may be required
