• Days: Saturday, Sunday (other days possible)

 

A well-known self-storage facility needs a relief Part-time Facility Manager. This person typically works 20 hours per week during peak hours and then filling in for others as needed.

 

Qualifications for Part-time Facility Manager

• Good customer service skills
• Able to effectively communicate in-person
• Attention to detail
• Previous clerical or selling experience preferred

 

Responsibilities for Part-time Facility Manager

• Provide customer service to telephone and walk-in customers
• Open and close the store
• Show and rent storage units
• Complete rental forms and agreements
• Sell storage and packing supplies
• Answer phones
• Perform lock checks
