Production / Light Manufacturing Associate

Pay: Starting at $17/HR
Location: Salem Area

A local manufacturing company specializing in custom aluminum windows is anticipating future hiring needs for Production and Light Manufacturing Associates. This team works on specialty and military-related projects in a hands-on shop environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assembly and light manufacturing duties
• Vinyl and plastic welding
• Assisting with custom aluminum window production
• Building custom shipping crates
• Water testing completed products
• Operating and learning shop machinery, including CNC equipment
• General production and shop support

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
• Comfortable working with tools and machinery
• Willingness to train on multiple machines and processes
• Strong attendance and reliability

Additional Information:

• No glass cutting required
• Company prefers long-term hire-on employees
• Hiring needs fluctuate depending on project workload and incoming materials
• Training provided
