Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Moving Associates to assist with residential and commercial moving projects. This position involves loading, unloading, packing, and safely transporting furniture, boxes, and other items while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and household or office items
• Safely move items in and out of homes, apartments, offices, and storage units
• Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and fragile items to prevent damage
• Assist with assembling and disassembling furniture as needed
• Maintain organization of moving trucks and materials
• Follow safety procedures while lifting and transporting items
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at job sites
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous moving, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation preferred
