We are actively hiring experienced Bi-Lingual Forklift Operators for a fast-paced freight terminal environment. This2nd shift Forklift Operator position requires current sit-down forklift experience in a high-volume loading and unloading operation where safety, speed, and accuracy matter every shift. Our client is seeking skilled Forklift Operators who understand trailer weight distribution, dock flow, freight placement, and how to operate efficiently in a busy cross-dock environment while communicating effectively with a bilingual team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of current sit-down forklift experience
• Bilingual English / Spanish required
• Experience in a high-volume shipping, receiving, or freight terminal environment
• Strong understanding of trailer load capacity, freight placement, and weight distribution
• Safe operating history with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using RF scanners and handling freight tracking/scanning processes

What You Will Be Doing

• Unloading incoming vendor freight from trailers onto the terminal dock safely and efficiently
• Scanning and tracking freight using RF scanners for accurate routing and shipment processing
• Working with the dock team to cross-dock and reload outbound delivery trailers
• Properly positioning and loading freight according to route order and trailer weight distribution
• Operating sit-down forklifts continuously throughout the shift in a fast-paced dock operation
