1st Shift Shipping Packer

Salary: $17.00/hour

Company Information: A Greenwood Aerospace company is hiring a 1st Shift Shipping Packer for their shipping area that would be responsible for all incoming and outgoing materials. Company is very clean, climate-controlled and friendly working environment. Company is hiring immediately!

Schedule:    

• 1st Shift
• Mon - Thurs
• 6:00AM - 4:30PM
• Overtime will be required after shift and on Fridays as needed

 

Shipping Packer's Job Duties:

• You will be working inside the production facility in their shipping/receiving area
• You will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing product
• You will be responsible for material handling, picking parts, shipping and receiving goods, and inventory
• You will retrieve parts from inventory for fulfilling sales orders and returns parts to stock after shipment
• You will package and prepare parts for shipment & Verifies accuracy and quality of packaging

 

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ideal candidates will come from previous shipping background and ideal candidates will know FedEx, UPS, USPS and other shipping providers
• Must have very high attention to detail with strong computer skills (Excel)
• Ability to multi task or switch priorities often
• Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
