Front Office Coordinator 🌟

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Bend, OR

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the staffing and workforce solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and confidence
Create a positive first impression by greeting and assisting associates, applicants, and clients
Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly
Manage full-cycle payroll with accuracy and attention to detail (training provided)
Assist applicants with the application process and onboarding
Maintain inventory and organization of front office, lobby, and kitchen supplies, ensuring a clean, stocked, and welcoming environment
Prepare and distribute checks and business correspondence
Keep the front office and lobby organized, professional, and inviting

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills—you enjoy working with people
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and stay on top of priorities
Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
