Express Employment Professionals of Downey is currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for a well-established company in Paramount, CA.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM + possible overtime (if needed)

PAY: $22.00 to 24.00 an hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: long-term, temp to permanent hire

Qualifications:

• 3+ years customer service experience within a B2B environment 
• Bilingual - fluent English and Mandarin REQUIRED
• Familiarity with multi-line phones
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Data entry/order processing
• Assist customers via phone, email and in-person
• Accompany sales rep to customer warehouse locations to help introduce product
• Answer emails and phone calls from customers, sales reps and operations team
