• Execute body repairs, including welding, painting, and refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Communicate with customers to explain repair processes and provide updates on vehicle status.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in auto body restoration techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in auto body repair is a plus.
• Proven experience in auto body restoration or a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Have your town tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
