Front End Loader Operator

Our client, a well-known landscaping supply store in Lexington, MA, is looking for a a dependable and safety-focused Front-End Loader Operator to support daily yard and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while assisting with loading, unloading, and material movement. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Location: Lexington, MA

Schedule: Full-Time (M-F, with some Saturday availability needed during the busy season)

Pay: $26.00–$29.00/ hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload landscape materials for customers and deliveries
• Transport materials throughout the yard and warehouse areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist team members with general yard and operational tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications: 

• Previous front-end loader or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
• Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy materials
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
