Our client in North Liberty, IA is looking for a CDL B Roll Off Driver!

Position Summary: Our client is an industry leader in waste diversion, recycling, and environmental services, committed to keeping communities clean through innovative and sustainable waste solutions. They are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to service commercial customer accounts by delivering, replacing, and removing roll-off containers while safely hauling waste and recycling materials to disposal and recycling facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to service commercial customer accounts
• Deliver, replace, and remove roll-off containers and compactors
• Transport waste and recycling materials to disposal and recycling facilities
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DVIR documentation
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, company safety policies, and local/state/federal regulations
• Maintain accurate driver logs and complete end-of-day paperwork
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Report safety concerns, accidents, property damage, or service interruptions immediately
• Keep assigned vehicle clean and organized throughout the shift
• Assist with additional routes or driver support as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B CDL required
• Valid DOT Medical Card required or ability to obtain prior to hire
• Clean driving record with no license suspensions within the last 2 years
• No DUI/OVI within the last 5 years or 2 within the last 10 years
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 110 lbs
• Ability to frequently enter and exit truck cab throughout the day
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening

Hours:

• Full-time
• Schedule determined by route and dispatch needs
• Schedule is typically 5am–4pm or 6am–5pm

Pay:

• $23–27/hour
