Customer Service Representative – Quantum Control ERP

Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with strong knowledge of the Quantum Control ERP system. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory tracking, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, inventory requests, and account concerns.
  • Use Quantum Control ERP to process orders, track inventory, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Resolve issues related to shipping delays, pricing, returns, and order discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and accounting teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer and operational records.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates.
  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company and aerospace standards.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in aerospace or aviation.
  • Strong proficiency in Quantum Control ERP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, aviation documentation, and supply chain operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting domestic and international customers required.
