Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and dependable Outside Sales Representative to support business development while working closely within a warehouse environment. This role requires a balance of sales expertise and hands-on coordination with warehouse operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and presentations
  • Generate new business and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory availability
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads
  • Monitor customer needs and provide product recommendations
  • Assist with occasional warehouse duties, including inventory checks and order coordination
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Previous outside sales experience preferred (industrial, warehouse, or distribution environment a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (as required)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse operations
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales drive
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment
