Medical Receptionist
Location: McAllen – Jackson Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Express Employment is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a busy Foot Clinic located in the McAllen Jackson area.

 

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify medical insurance coverage and eligibility
• Obtain authorizations and process patient information
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Handle front office administrative duties as assigned

 

Requirements:
• Previous Medical Receptionist experience required
• Must have experience with insurance verification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , sometimes after 5pm until last patient leaves.
